Eligibility & Condition
Returns & Exchanges
We believe in the quality of FrostPeak gear. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and premium packaging intact.
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Exchanges: Subject to stock availability.
Eligibility Criteria
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, certain items are ineligible for return once the seal is broken or the item has been used.
- Proof of purchase is required for all requests.
- Items must pass a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, base layers and socks cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Note: Hygiene products including base layers and thermal socks are strictly non-returnable once the security seal is compromised.
